Project Overview

Lucas Construction executed a full gut renovation and additions on two existing structures, while constructing a new main house and barn with precise attention to structural integrity, material authenticity, and modern functionality. The design approach prioritized the preservation of 17th-century architectural elements, integration of contemporary systems, and cohesive spatial planning across the estate.
