This Bedford-Stuyvesant brownstone underwent a focused interior renovation to create a high-performance chef’s kitchen.

Project Overview

Lucas Construction installed commercial-grade appliances, a new powder room, and updated lighting throughout the dining and living areas. The project emphasized precision installation, system integration, and alignment with interior designer Alvin Wayne’s design intent.
