This Greenwich Village apartment, originally built in 1930, underwent a comprehensive interior renovation.

Project Overview

Lucas Construction addressed structural updates, system upgrades, and finish work to modernise the space while preserving the apartment’s historic character. All work was coordinated with interior designer Alvin Wayne to ensure alignment with the design vision.
