This East Flatbush apartment underwent a full gut renovation, including structural, mechanical, and finish upgrades.

Project Overview

Lucas Construction reconfigured the home’s layout to support both everyday living and entertaining. Key interventions included converting a former guest room into a dedicated dining space, installing custom finishes and millwork, and enhancing materiality throughout. The primary suite was thoughtfully layered with textured wall treatments to establish a calm, retreat-like atmosphere. All work was executed in close coordination with the interior designer to ensure a seamless balance of functionality, craftsmanship, and elevated residential living
