This Schermerhorn Street apartment, originally built in 1920, underwent a full interior renovation.

Project Overview

Lucas Construction updated structural and mechanical systems, modernized finishes, and optimized layouts to improve functionality while preserving the building’s historic character. All work was executed in coordination with interior designer Alvin Wayne to ensure design intent and construction quality were fully aligned.
